Refund Policy

We are confident in the value and impact of the Healer Startup Mastery program. However, we understand that it’s important to feel fully aligned with your investment.

If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day refund policy under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

    • Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of the course.

  2. Conditions for Refund:

    • To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you engaged with the course by completing at least the first two modules and implementing the action steps. This ensures that you’ve made a genuine effort to apply the material to your business.

    • Requests without evidence of course engagement may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Process:

    • To request a refund, email us at: admin@jdorien.com with your purchase details and a brief explanation of why the course didn’t meet your expectations.

    • Include screenshots or documents showing your completed work from the course as part of the refund evaluation process.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Refunds are not available for partial payments on installment plans or after the 14-day period.

    • Refunds do not apply to bonuses, digital downloads, or additional items purchased alongside the course.
